Pretty sure they both have, actually. Hair deffo called Murali in a test & Gower had his little fit of pique versus NZ. He was pissed off with Crowe for something if memory serves.

Anyway, Gower, obvs.

I thought that was in an ODI, but perhaps I'm thinking of another incident. That would have been in Australia in pre-neutral umpire days, then?
