  • Hi Hurricane,
I wasn`t trying to insult or attack you or anybody else with my post in the religious thread today, was not meant to come off as heated. I was trying to convey an opinion and nothing more. I apologise if it came out as an attack.

Hi Hurricane. If possible would ypu like to Randomise a Round 15 for us in the Test/ODI Draft? Red Hill seems to have gone missing for a day or so.
When need you (as our seventh player, we hope) to head to the Plunket Shield draft thread when you get a chance.
RE: your report yesterday, 'losing it' in this instance did not mean what you think it meant. I felt the need to respond since I read the post out of context and saw it as inappropriate as well until I re-read it within the context of the thread.
Hi Hurricane, I was surprised and not entirely sure how to take your post, though yes I interpreted that you were approving of their actions with a comment like 'he was a changed lad after that'. You don't have to apologise. It also drew on a strong dislike of mine where in a male-driven group (perhaps military, industrial site, trade, even cricket teams etc) older guys take a presumptuous dislike to someone younger because they think the kid looks like a 'smart-alec' or 'up themselves', and then victimize that person to 'sort them out' (not that I've experienced this personally really, though I've seen others). You're right that it's mob mentality and it's pretty feral.
Did you get my PM? After sending was worried you wouldn't see the funny side
The best thing about the leg stump line to Smith, is the examination Boult can give to him with his preferred swinging side.

I actually wonder how S Smith has done against LAFM. England, India, Pakistan, South Africa, West Indies - wheres the left armer seamer testing him since he became the new big thing? Rahat Ali appears to have been the best so far.

Anyway - I have been ridiculed but I have called it first on Cricket Web and Cook appears to have obliged. Even if England does not have the bowlers to implement it successfully this summer - I think a quality left armer seamer with swing is another proposition altogether. The movement to the off side gives him a massive advantage to him murdering the ball outside off, but he has to play around his pad and square up for leg stump stuff. I have slow mo'ed him, he regularly moves across before the bowler has released. Fire it on leg and suddenly he looks ugly awkward and may well reduce his average over time.

Yeah the breathing takes a bit of getting used to. You are also supposed to ( according to the books I
Personally read) touch your tongue to the top of your mouth while breathing but that is usually something for lesson number 5

My room mate has agreed to do some meditation with me. It is quite good when you do it with someone else.
