No!

Could hear Watson say 'KAT!' when he met him at the crease. Poor form by Katich, was Watson's call.

Welcome to Wattoworld, where every episode is funnier and more bizarre than the last.

Cannot believe what I just saw. Can't even bring myself to mock him for that.

Both at fault, tbh. Was Watto's call but Katto was ball-watching and Watto should probably have seen that. Had he realised Watto was running, he'd have been out by miles at the bowler's end and been totally his fault. So, upon reflection, more Katto's fault.

Was a great piece of fielding though.

Still the runout was Watson's fault.
Thought it was Katich's as he watched the ball and it was behind square (normally the non-striker's call). Depends on who made the original call I guess. Katich took off and then turned around.

A more just decision would have seen Katich dismissed, as he completely bailed on his partner. It was incredibly selfish of Katich to retreat. Alas, justice doesn't come into the umpire's decision.
I have never seen such fanboyish commentary on cricinfo.

Definiely Katich's fault but surely Watto would have yelled at him on the way down. Kat looked like he had no idea that Watson was in motion.

I hope Katich feels guilty when he makes three figures.

IMO It should have been Katich to go, I feel as though even though he made his ground before Watson, just before the stumps were broken he briefly wandered out of his crease with both feet out. Katich gone.
