He was once a very solid, impressive batsman, but has turned to almost complete rubbish seemingly overnight. England worked him over this Summer and now Australia are doing the same and he's completely lost that famed "heart" and "fight" he once had.

Given how well he plays spin, it may be worth moving him down to 5 or 6, moving Dravid up to open and bringing Pujara in at 3. Or else bring in Rahane to open for Gambhir.
