Do you think Murali was a chucker?

Probably been other threads on it, but wanna see what the current consensus is. No intention to provoke, don't even have to discuss it, just vote. Irrelevant option left out intentionally, so suck it up.

The current obsession of degrading the credibility of champion cricketers is baffling and amusing at the same time

Depends how many beers he's had.

Asad Rauf tells a story that he was once out with Murali on a five day bender (which is nothing for Raufy the loose son of a bitch) and after the fourth day Murali would spew every time Raufy would buy him a rum on the rocks.

Can't see this ending well, tbh.
    - As featured in The Independent.

"This is not the time for namby-pamby promising youngsters who might just do something; not the time for building for the future. Pragmatism rules and they don't come more pragmatic than Rogers."
    - Victor Marks makes the case for stiff-legged and stiff-armed 35 year old left-handers in Ashes squads

That's what Murali said when Asad Rauf took him to the Spearmint Rhino on day one.

Indians can't bowl - Where has the rumour come from as I myself and many indian friends arwe competent fast bowlers ?

With the English bid I said: Let us be brief. If you give back the Falkland Islands, which belong to us, you will get my vote. They then became sad and left

Yes, the same as a number of other cricketers until the rule change.

As per the rule change was he a chucker, no way. There may have been the odd delivery that wasn't legal but i hesitate to doubt that this may well have happened to a number of bowlers who's actions come closer to the limit.

So my take is that people who voted as 'yes' have no idea about the related cricket rules or just want to go by what they see on TV screen?
    I'll show how it's done....

Some may disagree about how the rules define a throw.

Basic fact is they changed the rule to accommodate him.
