Vaughan tweaks right hamstring

Michael Vaughan has suffered a setback in his road back to the England team after tweaking his right hamstring when playing for Yorkshire in the County Championship today.

Vaughan sat out the two afternoon sessions to receive treatment.

The director of Yorkshire cricket David Byas said that the tweak was nothing serious and was just a bit of inflammation ever which will be of a big relief to Vaughan and the England selectors.

Vaughan is aiming to make his return to the England side for the first Test against Pakistan at Lord’s on 13th July.
