Vaughan rules out Ashes comeback

Michael Vaughan has ruled out any possibility of making a return during The Ashes saying he requires more time to recover from knee surgery.

Vaughan told media that he would need at least another three-day match to stand any possibility of returning for the third Test beginning in Perth on Thursday or the fourth Test that follows in Melbourne.

Vaughan went on to say that his primary objective now was to focus on getting fit and ready for the Commonwealth Bank Tri-Series against Australia and New Zealand starting next month.
