Pakistan Seamers off to India

The Pakistan Cricket Board have announced that Mohammad Asif, Mohammad Irshad and Najaf Shah who are three young up and upcoming Pakistan seamers are to head to India to train with Australian great Dennis Lillee at the MRF Pace Foundation in Chennai.

Inzamam Ul-Haq has voiced his displeasure and does not see this as a necessary move with Pakistan already having legends of the game like Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis available who are able to provide suitable fast bowling training.

Inzamam has also called on the Pakistan Board to review the bowling actions of Pakistan domestic players to ensure that when a player makes the step up into the international arena that their action does not become under question.
