Inzamam to play Super Series

Inzamam-ul-Haq has decided that he will play in the Super Series after all with the Pakistan Cricket Board confirming his involvement earlier today.

Shaharyar Khan, the chairman of the board put the saga down to a misunderstanding between the ICC, the PCB, and Inzamam which had now been rectified.

Inzamam will travel to Australia for the six day Super Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground which starts on the 14th of October.

He failed to make the squad for the three one-day matches with Chris Gayle and Rahul Dravid being named as the replacements for the injured Sachin Tendulkar and Herschelle Gibbs.
