ICL chase Inzamam

The Indian Cricket League have its sights set on another high profile player, this time Pakistan’s Inzamam-ul-Haq.

The ex-captain, who retired from one-day cricket after the World Cup and missed out on a central Pakistan contract earlier in the month, indicated that he would accept the offer, if the terms are right.

“I’m discussing the terms and conditions with them and if they’re right I will certainly play,” said the man affectionately known as ‘Inzy’.

Inzamam becomes the latest player targeted by the renegade Indian league, following the signing of the recently retired Brian Lara for the Twenty20 competition.
