Nah ****, l did that joke in the staff thread last week.
I can vouch for BurgeyProve it.
Can't believe 25 years have gone past since that day, still remember Greg Mathews running into bowl to Maninder Singh and the umpire raising his finger in a hurry. It was a perfect result for me as a fan. I didn't want India to lose on that day and did not want Australia to win.
HB, do you remember anything from the ground ?I was there![]()
lol.. I was 3 and a bit.. I remember eating some bananas, watching a few guys get thrown out for crowd trouble and abusing the Aussie fielders and then just standing up and clapping a bunch of times. And a big six by Kapil. That is about it.HB, do you remember anything from the ground ?

Meh, Shastri told a blatant lie when he said that he didn't see the umpire raise his finger. I'll take everything else he has to say with a pinch of salt.Ouch.. For your signature..
BTW, If you plan on watching that documentary. Listen closely to Jones, Waugh and Shastri. The three most entertaining of the lot. Border to an extent and Bright were pretty good too..
Shame that they did not interview Matthews.
