Test Auction Draft (Stipulation Based)

How did you guys come up with the statsguru query for this?
I am a novice in using statsguru but there is a wiki link for batsmen who scored two centuries in same test and a column for the result of that game.

I couldn't find a link for bowlers but remember few of them who fall into this category and on checking individually there were a handful of them.

I just understood the concept and it looks super interesting. Is it too late for me to join?
For this particular draft it is tough. But if you are willing to opt for a penalty player in Round 1 you can join in with your remaining budget.

Yes I am fine with it. Just please do not penalize too much with a Kieron Powell or so :)

Round 2 bids sent.

I thought as my round 1 bids had been for batsmen, I might have been offered batsmen as my penalty pick.

How does this all work? In first pass everyone's 1st choice enters - that's simple. So Teuton and LL both don't get their 1st preference. So their 2nd preference should enter but Teuton's 2nd preference is also taken. So then should his 3rd preference be used in 2nd pass or should he miss in 2nd pass? Looks like former is what happened. But if latter had happened, LL would have got Headley and Teuton nothing because he would have no player in the 3rd pass either.

You've raised a fair point. The former is how I am looking at in this draft and that was how the ODI version was run too. In the end it comes down to the highest bid for that particular player. Order of preference is for Individual drafters reference.

$ is still the primary factor - in your example LL could not have got Headley ahead of me as my bid was higher.
