Did I take a side for tests or ODIs? To do a positive spin, my side can win both a test and ODI series without any changes. Can yours? :afro:
An all inclusive format of this wouldn't be bad either.

Team pending the round 12 player:

Matthew Hayden
Gordon Greenidge
Greg Chappell [5]
Graeme Pollock
Michael Clarke
Allan Border (c)
Les Ames (wk)
Richard Hadlee [1]
Fazal Mahmood [3]
Muttiah Muralitharan [4]
Allan Donald [2]

6 ATG players and remaining 5 are borderline ATGs or at least ATVG. Pretty happy with the team.
Alright, should I replace one of the openers with Mankad to give me extra bowling option which will be especially handy in spinning conditions? Please advise fellow drafters.

Clarke should probably be the one making way if you really want Mankad in there.

Personally I think it weakens your team to have less specialists, but the latest trend is to have more allrounders in there for whatever reason.

Was it Imran who cut your internet, trundler? Probably just annoyed you didn't pick him in your draft team.

Thanks. Mankad's best batting results came while opening. I can also keep him as 12th man who can replace anyone virtually in the first XI.

Yeah, but you wouldn't want to drop Hayden or Greenidge for him I think. My feeling is Chappell and Border are good enough as backup options when you have Hadlee, Donald, Fazal, Murali as your attack.

A unique team probably with the best of the ATGs but also with a few players who fall below that standard. However, pretty happy with it - an immense top 4, an immense spinner and a very good seam attack. 5-7 the weakness but in Kirsten we have an opener to face the 2nd new ball and useful spin support from Mushtaq Mohammad too who is more than capable of batting higher than at 7 where he lines up here.

Yes, this was great. I love this format. Lot of suspense and intrigue. I changed my bids multiple times for each round. Haha.
