Will ESPN cricinfo stop messing around and finally release the All Time XI????? They are coming with up left handers XI and nice guy XIs and everything. x

They seem to be going over board with all sorts of XIs coming up. By the time they will have come up with their world XI a lot of the followers will have lost interest I suppose.

Cricinfo's World XI is same as Harsha's at the end! How criminally Hadlee has been overlooked even from a second XI. And there are IMO 3-4 better contenders than Lillee in the first XI.

And second XI easily has a superior bowling attack with 5 top class bowlers as opposed to 4 in the first XI.

Well, just have a glance at the jury, and you know Lille and Warne were given (nothing against them being selected, though). Still, I'm pretty shocked at Warne being a unanimous choice.

Yeah, Hadlee not being selected even in the second XI looks pathetic to me :( ...Barnes deserved a place in the first XI too, IMO.

Nothing against the batting lineup, though. I personally would have preferred Hammond over Richards, but that's not a complain at all; can't be.

The World XI: Jack Hobbs, Len Hutton, Don Bradman, Sachin Tendulkar, Viv Richards, Garry Sobers, Adam Gilchrist, Malcolm Marshall, Shane Warne, Wasim Akram, Dennis Lillee

The Second XI: Sunil Gavaskar, Barry Richards, George Headley, Brian Lara, Wally Hammond, Imran Khan, Alan Knott, Bill O'Reilly, Fred Trueman, Muttiah Muralitharan, SF Barnes

Readers' XI: Sunil Gavaskar, Virender Sehwag, Don Bradman, Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara, Garry Sobers, Adam Gilchrist, Shane Warne, Wasim Akram, Muttiah Muralitharan, Glenn McGrath

I still can't believe they took in Wasim and left out Imran..............The All time XI attack is quite weak really........the second XI bowling attack looks stronger.
