If I had to pick one now, I'd take Malinga.

ICC ranking pretty clearly suggests that there is no clear No.1 if Mills and Kula appears there!

According to me Malinga, Bollinger and Ryan Harris has done reasonably well to deserve that spot of best ODI bowler...

Why? I'm no Kula expert but Mills is world class.

He's the seamer version of Vettori. Like Vettori looks innocuous, but gets the job done with clinical precision and with such regularity.
