As Prince said, there are a few who post on both. I've seen Langeveldt, kweek, pinchy, Prince EWS, gambino, and some others on PC on numerous occasions.

We'd probably describe ourselves as fairly lenient. It's pretty much a case by case situation; depending on the record of the member involved, severity of offence (things like posting porn usually result in an instant ban), and other factors. We have a separate forum for moderators to discuss things, and determine punishments, etc.

We also have differing length bans and that, dependent on the same factors

All good. We certainly wouldn't allow porn. I think our main problem is that on the very rare occasions we've had to suspend someone (which actually amounts to one regular 3 times!!! + a couple of spammers) we've allowed the topic to be up for debate with the rest of the forum which is a bit tiresome and also allowed people to react when warned over their behaviour. Takes up a lot of time to sort these things out. Doubt that approach would work on a site this size somehow.

Tend to use PMs for intermod discussions as we felt that a private room would alienate the members. May be something to think about though.

Yes i realised that. Slight shame as it's a good function. Works well with a small group. though. We initially had the "reps" system enabled which was an absolute nightmare. Caused a huge amount of trouble.

TBS, there's no stipulation that Awards have to be made from CC posts - the only rule is nothing in OT. Posts from non-cricket archived forums have won things like Greigys before now.
