Auction draft II - ODI

The list won't be up till Thursday evening.

As I'm away for the weekend I wasn't planning on closing the next round till Monday but since you've given me warning and we've had a great run of full submission to date, I'm happy to delay it a day till Tuesday.

That goes for everyone else - if you're away, please give warning and I can try to fit the draft around you (within reason).
Thanks.

Eyes not spreadsheets
The old guess who's paid what game is great - I will put the final spreadsheet up this time (partly as it'll hopefully help weldone do his one assuming he still wants to that is)

I'm fairly confident that I've hit the nail somewhere in the general vicinity of the head.

G.I.Joe

International Coach
Also, have to remember that I have complete carte blanche over who I pick in times of trouble - depends what mood I'm in as to who I pick...
My sympathies for the bad month then marc
lol...I wish my spreadsheet could factor in your mood as one of the inputs :P
As a consequence of the above revelations, I'm going to have to request Marc to submit himself to a daily evaluation of basal body temperature and cervical mucus viscosity for my records. I'm taking no chances.

Your nail is about spot on.

Be such a stupid move to bid 2M on McCullum. Those bids are reserved for Gilchrist, Dhoni etc.

I bid in the range of 2 million for them both. Somewhat surprised that they went for more.

Blakus

State Vice-Captain
The thing with Dhoni is he fills 2 roles, giving me one of the best finishers ever and a keeper. The important part is that he's good enough as a batsman that I can cope with getting another keeper.

Still I probably overpaid for him.

I'll send the bids and nomination within 24 hours or so...Can't send now as I don't have access to personal mail from office...

Some of you guys seem to be taking this a lot more seriously and thinking about it a lot more than I am!

Yet you have IMO the best attack at the moment!
Best bowling attack so far, yes he has. Pothas has easily the best team so far (considering Patel as a reserve)... And weldone says, competition isn't even half over yet :P ....We have started the middle overs now, after the first two powerplays ....There are some who are on 140/6 after the first 20 overs, some on 70/2; and there are some who've scored 100/2 :)

With my budget remaining I would say I'm more like 200/8.

Will send my bids in tonight Marc.
