I agree, now if something as specific as hitting a specific bowler for a six on the smallest ground in the world with school boy boundaries actually meant anything.
it meant grant elliott played in a world cup final this year

and boundaries were made of ropes, not school boys. i do not understand why you would make a rope from boys.

No he hasn't. It was last year, stop clinging to the past ffs.

Hamilton Masakadza's ODI average of 73 over the course of this year clearly indicates who the true great batsman of our era is.

Seriously, Spark said to stopt the trolling of Attitude. So cut it out.

Obligatory threat of 8 points etc etc.

What? No, it's the exact opposite of that.

A player who is 5th in Tests and 15th in T20s would have 30 penalty points.
A player who is 15th in Tests and 5th in T20s would have 50 penalty points.

Ergo, the Test specialist is better.
You know what, sitting down to do the maths of it with a few examples, and yeah, I start to see it - It just doesn't visualise off the bat because its a system that penalises you for not being the best at something, rather than rewards you for being better at something.

The fact that I can't do maths is quite a worry really, all things considered.~]

Also makes my post rather laughable at me, doesn't it.

Sorry fella!

Spark agreeing with you was far more hilarious given his qualifications. He got off way too lightly in this thread for his post. :p

Flopdulkar, that's good. I will have to remember this. Can't believe I never thought of it before.
There was a member here called Flopdulkar a few years ago. I remember discovering that he joined from the c***fire forums and that Cabinet96 was the leader of a merry band of trolls that had decide to invade - now that I type this I realise this may have been a dream

Edit:

Bring back the Flopdulkar guy, only to experience his posting duel against the Attitude guy.
