4th Test (Old Trafford, Manchester) - 23rd to 27th of July

Nice to see Carse carry on where he left off yesterday with a rank wide long-hop. ****ing awful. After such a good start from Archer it’s been all India since, not cashed in on these favourable conditions at all.
He's one that should probably be rested at home his record in the CC is 30+ for a reason. Woody for a long time had a poor record in tests in England too.

Not sure he's been anywhere near full fitness at the same time. Soldiering on as Atkinson isn't fit to rotate with him.

He's had his moments, notably India's 2nd innings last time. But, yeah, he's been the weak link here.

EDIT
Almost gets Thakur as we talk. I should have tried harder to completely write him off.

England are fortunate that Pant is injured as this could have gotten out of hand pretty quickly

Anderson must be feeling pretty smug right now. Pretty sure he'd still do a better job under clouds than this.
