Solid total considering we didn't bat that well really. Only par, but bowlers can't be expecting to defend 350+ all the time.

Yeah, I only saw a few overs, but did look like a slightly more challenging wicket than some of the roads England have played on at home in the last 12-18 months. NZ were also getting higher scores than they normally do on those English tracks last year.

Don't get me wrong, England are playing some fine ODI cricket, but do think their scores have been inflated of late, and they've also struck two weak ODI sides this season.

Yeah it's a fair comment, we still are short a proper potent bowling attack, although we are rotating players to be fair and rely loads on our bats.

Some lovely shots in that over, plus some average bowling from Woakes.

Pace off will be the key here

Bit of an indication that while our first choice spinners have problems the well is not exactly overflowing.

Pakistan are chasing this.
