It's a decent squad now that Farhat and Faisal aren't playing.I'm just surprised Gul isn't bakc.Didn't he recover from the Injury?

    when did Faisal opt out?
And smalishah's avatar is the most classy one by far Jan certainly echoes the sentiments of CW

Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta

Kyle Jarvis has pulled out of the series to take up a deal with Lancashire. I doubt he'll play for Zimbabwe again

At this rate, Zimbabwe will be lucky to get a full XI.

Sadly it is approaching the point where it's pointless having Zimbabwe in Test cricket; any Test standard players they produce will leave. You can earn significantly more playing club cricket as an overseas pro than you can on a central contract from ZC; it's not even just First Class teams they're competing with anymore.

If Zimbabwe end up losing their test status again which even as an avid Zimbabwean supporter would probably be in the best interests of world cricket, I reckon whoever wins the Intercontinential Cup should be elevated to test status. So in this case it would be Afghanistan who won the cup in 2010 having test status for 3 years whilst still competing in the IC in order to keep their place. If Ireland win this year which is looking likely, then they would replace Afghanistan and so forth. It would raise the profile of the IC and cricket in the nations that are competing in it knowing that a possible test status is on the cards.

I wanna see Gohar messing stuff up, I think it would be a great opportunity for him against Zimbabwe, and he'd have time to grow as he is only '18'.
