Yes, reading the rules would help - I was looking at the scores at 90 minutes, so:

Uruguay - South Korea: 2-0
USA - Ghana: 1-0
Germany - England: 1-1 (England on pens)
Argentina - Mexico: 2-0
Netherlands - Slovakia: 3-0
Brazil - Chile: 2-0
Paraguay - Japan: 2-1
Spain - Portgual: 1-1 (Spain on pens)

Day Seventeen Update

Housekeeping: 4th day without tips from Burgey, grecian & NUFAN, so all are now ex-tippers.

Quite a few of us correctly call both outcomes, but commiserations to chalky who was the only tipper game enough to back Mexico and gets -4 for the day for his efforts.

Non-tippers share his woe.

Daily

SS 6
Ausage 6
Meridio 6
SKD 6
ripper 5
Noble One 5
Straw Man 5

Vimes 0
chalky -4

99* -4
bi -4
PC -4

Daily bonuses then to Aussage, SS, Meridio & our now runaway leader dav, who's a full seven point clear of Pothas thanks to his daily half-dozen.
