One scenario is that the PCB were the ones who got in touch with NOTW because they had their own fixing bracket and got angry when Majeed, Butt, Asif and Amir created their own fixing bracket in order to take a larger cut for themselves.

I think he will be all right after he is done with his punishment as a bowler, will take a couple of games to get back into his form. It all depends who is running PCB at that time to see if he is selected again..
