Would it be better if the tournament was held in England given every other game gets washed out in Australia?

Why wasn't NZ chosen as a co-host?

This is the 8th T20 WC and only country where it's not been held so far is New Zealand (makes no sense).

And the next edition is in West Indies + USA in 2024, and the one after is in Sri Lanka + India in 2026.

I'd like to see India v Pakistan in Christchurch the day after it snowed.

Cricket before Christmas in NZ is a massive risk. If we co-hosted there would be just as many washouts.

If you have to go to Brisbane, try to just go for the day. It's a woeful place to have to stay overnight. There's nothing to do at all there, the city is ugly, the restaurants are junk, it's full of Queenslanders and it's humid AF.

Trust me, no one ever tries to stay overnight in Brisbane unless it's completely unavoidable. Get an early flight in, do what you have to do and be on a flight out the same day.
