I enjoy the WBBL but sheesh, it's been hard to get into this season so far with the weather.

If I'm lucky the Hurricanes will Qualify with about 8 No results and a couple of wins.

This rain in Sydney is really killing the WBBL. So far just 6 completed matches, including some DL matches and 8 no results.
Hurricanes play the last match today, weather permitting, should they beat the Stars they would go joint 2nd, despite hardly setting foot on a cricket ground.

The Hurricanes did an awesome job in losing the unloseable against the Thunder earlier. Needing just over 5 per over with 8 wkts in hand and 7 overs to go, they choked again.
They really are an enigma, they should have at least 2 more wins than they do.

Injuries haven't helped, but yeah.

Satterthwaite really is useless in this comp., far to many dot balls. 48no(56) with 5 fours. must have been at least 25 dot balls today, absolutely stuffed them, and she's a poor captain as well.
And it wasn't like she was trying to rebuild. Molineux was second out after 13.3 overs at 85, only managed another 37 runs in the last 39 balls.

How much shorter are they going to make the boundaries in the WBBL? Unless there is a gross misfield there are hardly any 2s run - it's either a single or a boundary. Watched the last of the triple header yesterday and there was some very ordinary fielding.
