People say why Randiv didn't bowl wides. But it's clear Sehwag would've chased it anyway. so noball was the only way out.

Good lord that's a terrible news piece. How the hell does saying "Remember, if he hits the ball, he gets a run," equal "please bowl a no-ball, Randiv." I'd say it's much more like that he's telling his bowler and his fielders to be ready for a quick single, given that he's on 99.
that's the worst channel you could quote he had as many as 8 specialist yesterday to talk on this issue :)
as for the quick single don't think that would have ever happened what we had 13 overs left ????

Hey, I was wondering when you'd show up  Let's have another one of those misinterpreted reports of yours.
Haha, still sore about me not thinking India deserved to be no.1 over a year ago I see. I'd do yourself a favour & concentrate on your own posts if I were you, there's nothing to misinterpret about them.

No Balls Ruin Game
By: Himannv

Due to further pressure from SLC and a few other senior players, Suraj Randiv has made a public apology to Virender Sehwag, his family, the Indian fans, the various IPL franchise owners, the BCCI and the old man scrubbing the floors in the BCCI office.

Further to the statement, the SLC have publicly decided to ban Suraj Randiv, Thilina Kandamby, Rangana Herath, Ajantha Mendis and Thilan Thushara from participating in the game hereafter. However, they later found out that none of the other players participated in the match and the statement was hastily withdrawn.

An SLC spokesman said yesterday: "We need to ensure that our money.... erm, I mean our reputation is left untarnished".

Yuvraj Singh has thrown a press conference on the wake of events that occured on the 16th of August. Yuvraj vehemently claimed that the public outcry would have been much worse if had been him who was left strandard on 99*. A few chants of "waterboy" however disrupted the press conference as the enraged drinks bearer threw himself on the offending party. The press readouts on the events are off the charts.

Kumar Sangakkara's wife has moved forward to defend her husband from the allegations that he played a major part in the incident.

"My husband is not the type of man to do this sort of thing. He is a gentleman in every sense of the world. However if that bollywood ***** lays her hands on my husband again I'll **** ***** ***** **** and ***** **** up her ***..." said Mrs Sangakkara as the reporters looked on in disbelief.

In a seperate news item, popular CricketWeb member G.I.Joe has given an illuminating interview on the subject.

"Their horses are too high" claimed Joe before bursting out into a song that was apparently playing in his head. Several others joined in claiming that they could hear the song too. The men in white coats are on the way.

Well so the Lankans are going to USE this incident to fire themselves up against Sehwag eh? What has it been this series against Sehwag. First in the tests (may I add ALL THREE), Sehwag ****s them and then again in this ODI, Sehwag ****s them again. They will not use that as motivation to fire against him?
Pietersen was in such a high before getting demolished. Sehwag thrives on flat wickets. Luckily, there is no more Vaas on this conditions.

you do understand Indians have mouths too, right? It is lovely of you to talk as if bowling short is something that is going to intimidate Sehwag...
I know that mate. But even when opponets sldge, Lankans usually smile and let it pass by. When they are sledging, that's an indication that they are unhappy of something. And unlike India, when Lankans sledge, they back it up with performance, and when they are sledging, you'll know that they are stirred up as well.

Hey, if it works for you to disregard your blatant bias and pin this on what you desperately want to be the reason you're copping it for, go ahead.

He wasn't saying they shouldn't be; merely that they hold a inaccurate reputation.
Now at least that dubious distinction will be off the backs. It's time for some in born bastards to be in the team. Prasad is one, Randiv is another. At least they'll give 110% for the team, and put more pressure by not being nice or pansy.

yeah winning a game and losing a game are the same.. 8-)
So you can do any damn ting for the sake of winning. Good. Next time we should ask some body like Kapugedara to bowl a head high full toss about a meter long no ball to hit the head of a batsman to win. Banning him from bowling will be of no consequence for the match.

No.. cheating to win, while not justifiable, is at times understandable.. cheating to be a **** is neither justifiable nor understandable..
