***Official***Match #27- Australia vs New Zealand - October 28th-Dharamsala (D)

Mathematically they haven't as yet, you probably need at least 6 wins to secure a spot.
its set unless something crazy happens. All the teams outside the top 4 don’t even have it in their own hands now. When people are talking about mathematical chances and this team has to lose all their games etc than it’s mainly based on hope.

Ok & what happens if one of the top four's games against minnows is rained off? It is unlikely right now but let's cross that bridge when we get there.

Australia beating new Zealand is so predictable and common. as always Australia own New Zealand 4 Consecutive wins for the Aussies we on a massive roll.

I have strong feelings Australia are winning all the rest of the matches and the world cup as well we peaking at the right time.

Same old Aussies always beating New Zealand...
LOL How about you go and jump in the lake. Australia were inches away from tubing a match they almost couldn't lose.

Enjoyable that.

Gave the kiwis a real sniff there, so close they could almost taste it, gave them hope and dared them to dream. Of course only to have thier hopes dashed and their dreams crushed...once again. lol

The last two days have really delivered and this will continue tomorrow when England SMASH India
Not "in these conditions" they won't, could probably be a precursor to the 5 test drama just 2-3 months down the line! Should end a few careers as well

Just as every rugby WC is a quadrennial gathering of all the game’s nations to see which of South Africa or New Zealand is taking their turn to hoist the trophy, so it is that every four years the world’s cricket playing nations gather at various points around the globe to see if someone other than Australia can jag the big one occasionally.

there's no confidence like aussie confidence until the ball moves an inch off the pitch whether it be pace or spin

Didn't look like it aroind the 15 over mark but Nzl had the better of the game since then. They come away from this game with quite a bit of credit and confidence.
