Yuss. Huge win!

Good defensive performance if not anything else. Had some decent moments in attack but not sustained.

5 points of the top.

Above City and 1 below Chelsea.

I can't believe Arsenal still have to use Bendtner as their game-changing option. It's almost as if their squad doesn't have the greatest depth.

Really happy with that performance, very good when Arsenal had the ball. Reminded me a bit of Arsenal's 1-0 over Spurs back in August.

You mean the squad with the most injuries looks a bit light?

Pretty meh game. Thought we were much improved in the second half. Gnabry should've been brought on sooner and Wenger just needs to forget about ever playing Ramsey wide right again. Just doesn't work.
Think a draw would've been a fair(er) reflection but United deserved the win a lot more than we would've.
Thought Vermaelen did well to come back into the side. Cops a lot of stick these days but who's a better 3rd choice CB in the league?
Sagna needs a new contract and he needs it quick, if he leaves I'll cry. Gibbs had his first poor game in months.
Özil and Santi were both so poor. Can't afford players of their quality to go missing in such big games.
Wilshere changed the game when he came on.
Thought Giroud did well considering Jones was seemingly allowed to go around kicking people for the first half but when Giroud so much as looked at someone the wrong way it was a freekick.

Yeah, not sure the criticisms re: squad depth are in the right place, since there are plenty of players who would have normally been thrown on before Bentdner. But on the whole it was a fairly nothing game decided by a somewhat peculiar goal. Standard Arsenal disappointment really.

It's not just bad luck though when you've always got loads of injures. You're genuinely the most injury prone squad in the league and therefore always will look light.

Are they even the squad with the most injuries? Citeh are missing Fernandinho, Nastasic, Kompany, Jovetic and Silva, and they're not resorting to bringing on non-footballers at 1-0 down. Fair enough they're not coping too well right now but the backup is there on paper.

Honestly Wenger should have just not made his third sub. Their best spell of the game by far was between Wilshere coming on and Bendtner coming on.

Bendtner was the second sub. Agreed that Gnabry should've come on first but. hey, it's not like Bendtner actually scuppered any promising attacking moves from memory and he came within an inch of getting the equaliser. Difficult to be too critical.

City are missing 5, we're missing Walcott, AOC, Podolski, Sanogo, Diaby and then Mertesacker and Rosicky for yesterday. Having 4 started quality attacking wide options out was an absolute nightmare for yesterday.

Yes, he's certainly a better left sided attacking option than Santi Cazorla, and everyone knows we need another attacking midfielder. What a ****ing cretin.

Looks like Palace are being forced to go back for Pulis then, nobody in the world is happpy about this, doubt even Pulis is particularly pleased.

It really is a most unsatisfactory arrangement. Now Palace won't even be moderately entertaining en route to their inevitable relegation.

Yeah, can see it being a case of them conceding relatively few goals (given how crap they are), but still comfortably conceding more than they score, without any fireworks or funny scandals along the way. Dull.

Disappointing that this business regarding Cardiff replacing their head of recruitment with a 23 year old has all gone quiet, I thought that had the potential to be absolutely hilarious. It still might do, I suppose.
