In order:
46 runs @ 46 & 6 wickets @ 51.33
128 runs @ 32 & 10 wickets @ 50.10
347 runs @ 57.83 & 1 wicket @ 88

Please tell us exactly how Cullen and Gillespie can be fairly satisfied by figures like that, especially when you see who they've actually dismissed?
they can ony getter better..

According to the west australian, sean ervine has decided to qualify for england instead of australia.
Teaches australia a long lesson don't try and recruit a player from another country even if they have family there, england will outbid you everytime.Hopefully we have learnt and don't try and recuit a player from another country again, this is englands and new zealands domain, and england is out to make sure it outbids any country from signing pros from any other country.
The cheque book wins out every time.
Question is now ervine has confirmed he will play for england why the hell has west australia signed him for next season, their is no logic in daftness.
BTW england is still spitting chips that we that the CA stopped england with their chequebooks from signing phil jaques and andy symmonds, seems the ECB will never forgive CA for doing this.
Does this mean the ECB is the mafia then?

You do know it is the player's choice to decide who they play for? Plus because of the change of lifestyle needed to qualify (i.e. living in a different country) it's not just as simple as flashing the cash?

And anyway didn't jaques and symmonds pledge their careers for the aussies because they felt they were aussies at heart?

What have cheque books got to do with Symonds? He was born in England and made his big breakthrough in County Cricket. It was not as if he was being stolen from anyone. He made his choice and Im sure he is happy and there is no hard feelings.

Im not sure if you are serious with this post or trolling but I guess Im sucked in to answering.

He made his FC debut in Aus though, didn't he?
He may well of done, but his breakout year was in England. That really put him on the map and gave him a decent profile.

He then stood still for a while before making his current impression.
