That last ball from Asif down at 75.5mph, followed up with one at 77.9. Well down on what he was before the steroid unpleasentness.

Probably why Clarke found him so easy to drive despite the swing.

Yeah - that ball there. Pitches on middle but he sees it swing and has time to leave.

I guess the only good that Pak had from winning the toss and fielding was that they avoided a major collapse in their own batting had they decided to bat instead.

Yeah Asif is not bowling up to the mark at all....too easy for Batsmen to drive him with that pace.

Barely touched 80mph in last over...

Asif is just running in so slowly.. Thats the disappointing bit..if he is so low on energy on the first day..
Dont know whats wrong with his fitness

Jumping the gun there. That possibility is ever present.
Yeah, you feel Amir/Aamer and Gul could very well get a nick out of Hussey and from there...

EDIT: I think Afridi is risking falling into the same trap as Hobart, namely the 'bore Clarke to death outside off' tactic. Would've worked a few years ago but not any more.

Thats annoying. Clarke out, just short of what would of been a very fluent half century. The ball looks to have been sliding down leg as well.

Nice timing for Asif's wicket of Clarke with the final ball of the session. A tad unlucky for Clarke, Hawkeye suggesting it would have just missed leg stump with the slope, but looked very very close in real time.

Massive wicket that.

Enjoyable session, starting to regret not going now, already had more play than I thought. Not got any money mind so probably a good thing.

Well considering it was overcast conditions...still possible certainly but chances are certainly not as great as they would have been if Pak was batting in these conditions.
