As well as an outstanding bowler and a fighter for racial equality, he was a fine commentator. Probably the third best West Indian commentator I've ever heard behind the late, great Tony Cozier and Ian Bishop.
FWIW, I feel like Tony Cozier doesn't get enough love. Great commentator, because of his knowledge, eloquence and very obvious love of the game.As well as an outstanding bowler and a fighter for racial equality, he was a fine commentator. yea this. the way to be a good grinch is to let us savour your grinching. say it once, say it right.I hate this, I thought he was a great commentator. Beautiful voice and always retained that crucial and increasingly rare sense of when to shut up.
Like Peter Alliss in golf was the best in his prime but went on too long, can't hide the fact he was brilliant though at his peak.FWIW, I feel like Tony Cozier doesn't get enough love. Great commentator, because of his knowledge, eloquence and very obvious love of the game.
Tony Cozier was amazing. Even when the Windies were weak it was great when they toured just to listen to him.FWIW, I feel like Tony Cozier doesn't get enough love. Great commentator, because of his knowledge, eloquence and very obvious love of the game.
