Fast Bowler Survivor Round of 32 and Preliminary Finals

Though they're all obviously ATG's I think D's a fair bit stronger than C. Wasim would probably finish 2nd in Group C.
This is why all of the groups are being shuffled for the next half of the round. I wanted each bowler to get two bites of the cherry. Groups A to D were seeded in order of their average ranks for the previous round. Groups E to H I grouped the seedings into groups of 4 (1-4, 5-8, 9-12 and 13-16) and shuffled them up so that each group had one rank 1-4, one rank 5-8 etc... while not having the same bowlers facing each other. I'll then sort players based on their total number of votes. It might not be perfect but I think it'll give a reasonable result.

Tend to think of the bottom 3 as being tied.

Richard Hadlee
Dale Steyn
Wasim Akram
Allan Donald

Again, tend to think of the bottom 2 as being more or less tied.

You rate Holding very highly!
I do. He always appeared to be bowling within himself yet he was genuinely quick. Ask Geoff Boycott!

"Holding was the bowler in what is often described as "the greatest over in Test history", which he bowled in 1981 in Bridgetown to English batsman Geoff Boycott. The first five balls increased in pace, causing Boycott to have to react very rapidly to avoid being hit. The final ball saw Boycott clean bowled, to the great delight of the crowd."

The Kensington Oval produced yet another great spectacle.
I'm pretty sure Sir Garfield was at the ground that day to witness this.

Thank you for voting on Groups C and D.

In the preliminary finals you will vote on each bowler exactly twice. Groups A to D will be the seeded groups from the first round. Groups E to H are seeded slightly differently. Both rounds of voting will be combined to decide the top 8.
