Quite agree. Very low temperature chap indeed was SRW. Had the gunslinger's narrowed gimlet eyes & a laconic way with the old mental disintegration. Clint Eastwood circa The Man With No Name would've played him in the story of his life.

For my money tho Curtly Ambrose is the coolest fella ever to step onto a cricket pitch. The living embodiment of "speak softly and carry a big stick" and few cricketers packed a bigger stick than the great man. Even in retirement he's cool; no crappy novelty Bollywood singles for him, he plays bass in his own group.

Couldnt think of anyone worse than Gayle (maybe Sreesanth ) guy comes across as a complete **** trying too hard.

Cant go wrong with Ambrose though and Viv certainly had his swagger that was far less fake than Gayles.

Ill think of some more. My 3 criteria would be a) Who would you want to drink with b) Who has an aura that can intimidate people just be being around and c) Who do people pretend to be when they play.
