What a great test match for India not just a win but it answered so many questions ..

1.Karun Nair can be picked just for his slip fielding alone ..

2.Found Indias best seam attack in England going to 3rd Test Siraj - Deep - Bumrah

3.Washington Sundar is a great utility player in England

4.Shubman Gill , any doubts about his place have been absolutely destroyed now, everyone will be forced to respect him.
Nair is probley our safest sliper since dravid and laxman retired

I know it’s a short turnaround, but after that performance, surely if you’re India you want to keep things much the same? I’d have been banging the drum for Kuldeep from the start if I were Indian, but now I think it’s hard to see a place for him in the team
If england give another road would be tempted to play kuldeep but if its a green top then sundar enough

In county cricket he’s a top order batter who can turn his arm over!
That's not been even remotely true the last few years. He is having a much tougher season this year with the ball but he has still bowled loads of overs.

We know Leach is probably the best spinner right? I don't think he would have made all that much difference though. The pace bowling has been the real problem.

What are the scores on the doors in terms of spinners this CC? As far as I'm aware, Archie Vaughan? is he next in line?

Granted, England is a spinner’s graveyard at the best of times, let alone on the flat decks we’ve seen for the first half of this season, but some games this season he’s not even bowled a single ball, and he’s still yet to play a Test outside of Asia
