***Official*** South Africa in New Zealand 2012

Rubbish use of DRS by the umpires. Sound didn't sound like wood live, no edge on hotspot. I'd really like for them to be clear on the criteria that's needed for an umpire to over turn a decision. If they don't trust hotspot or slow mo replays that all but confirm there was no nick then why...

**Official** Sri Lanka in England / Scotland - 2011

There's no way Kieswetter would slow for Cook's hundred after Cook was critical of Mathews. Wouldn't be surprised if Cook told him to go for it to prove a point.

*Official* - India in West Indies

Both Chanderpaul and Sarwan have been relatively poor for the last 2 years. Wouldn't call it a sudden change. Also don't know how highly one can rate the bowling when they've faced Pakistan and a largely second string Indian batting line up.

    Goodbye to runners

Don't understand why people would want rules that punish a team for having an injured player. The fact that cricket already has archiac rules as far as substitutes go is bad enough. It might not be ideal that some people like Ryder have to get a runner every other game because they are unfit...

*Official* Match 38 - New Zealand v Sri Lanka

The only person in the wrong was the 3rd umpire. Unfortunately the ICC tend to back the umpires even when they make unmitigated screw ups instead of holding them accountable.

Clearly out, don't understand how the 3rd ump could come to that decision.

Have South Africa taken a big step in removing the CHOKERS tag

Because SA are the only/first team to lose a match from what should be a winning position in the history of cricket. All teams have failed from positions they should of won from and all teams have faltered under pressure.

*Official* Fifth Test at the SCG

The fact that Bell had to ask Prior before he used the referral really should of been enough for Dar to lean towards the original out decision. People also seem to be forgetting all the incorrect decisions that have been correctly reversed by UDRS in this series. The system isn't perfect but...

I don't see anything wrong with the law. It doesn't make sense to punish the injured player and his team for having the misfortune of getting injured.

*Official* West Indies in Sri Lanka 2010

Rather a stretch to say West Indies would of won the first Test if not for the rain. Approximately 422 overs were bowled in the match. Bowling 90 overs a day = 450 overs a Test, so WI needed 6 more wickets in 28 overs say. No way would I call that a guarantee. Having said that, if wins were...

Taylor is the master of getting himself out on the slog sweep. You'd think he would learn but he never does.

*Official* First Test at the Gabba

Didn't need hawk-eye to decide that was hitting the stumps. Only thing that saved him was the double noise.

*Official* New Zealand in India 2010

The wickets fell due to swing, which has nothing to do with the surface, and bad batting. Conditions have been in favor of the bat all series, which is hardly a surprise.

*Official* Pakistan v South Africa in Dubai

If you can I'd like you to count the instances of umpiring decisions going in favor of each team so far. By my count its SA in the lead by some distance. The only instance I can think of atm in the whole series that SA can feel aggrieved about is Amla's. AB survived a nick and a stone dead LBW...

Why do England struggle to produce undisputedly great players?

Never understood the whole poaching SA talent thing. Even KP and Trott would of developed their game extensively in the English system. KP was picked as a spinner who could bat a bit before he moved. Morgan is their worst poach, though he also would of benefited some from playing county cricket.

*Official* Pakistan v South Africa in Dubai

What has it been in the last 2-3 years period that he has been high quality? Suspect it will be better. Good innings but sullied for mine by the poor umpiring that allowed him to get there. All made worse by the fact that Pakistan are still copping the worst of it in this series.

*Official* New Zealand in India 2010

As for Raina being baggage, how is it that he's playing ahead of someone like Pujara in the first place? I'd have to guess his ODI experience gave him the edge.

*Official* Pakistan v South Africa in Dubai

Yeh the Peterson edge was easily the worst of the day. There's no arguing that Pakistan have got the rough end of it so far.

*Official* Pakistan v South Africa in Dubai

Disagree Kallis got a life if your meaning the sweep shot incident. Didn't hit the glove and nothing conclusive that it got a top edge on the way through. Hotspot would of been handy though. I'd say Smith was the more lucky one. He survived something like 3 LBW calls in his innings that all...
