The FINAL- South Africa vs India (D), Kensington Oval, Barbados-- June 29th

Horrendous shot by SKY given the match situation.

If he comes good this could be a career defining innings for Kohli.

The FINAL- South Africa vs India (D), Kensington Oval, Barbados-- June 29th

Wow it seemed like a dream start for India; what a dramatic turnaround. The pitch seems very flat so 200 may be necessary but that looks tricky now. A lot of pressure on Kohli who does seem in good touch.

The FINAL- South Africa vs India (D), Kensington Oval, Barbados-- June 29th

Oh I hope Kohli gets his head straight for the final. He looked awfully jumpy, looking for a big hit practically every ball. I have a feeling India will need a top knock by him to counter SA's pace attack.

Battle of the Chokers aka the two best teams in the tournament. Should be a fascinating final with euphoria and relief for the winner and an extra dose of despair for the loser.

If Kuldeep gets turn, I think it's game over.

Bumrah is so so good... India should be pretty happy with their position

    2nd semi-final: India vs England | Providence

I think the path to a win for India is 1-2 quick wickets by Bumrah, a spin-choke for a few overs, England losing their head a bit and losing more wickets.

    2nd semi-final: India vs England | Providence

Probably just a par score but if there is some turn India have the bowling to put England under serious scoreboard pressure.

    2nd semi-final: India vs England | Providence

What astonishing shots by Hardik. Does cricket have exit velocity stats like baseball? Hardik must be one of the hardest hitters in the game. And he is out. What an over!

    2nd semi-final: India vs England | Providence

Yeah even a couple of more overs of SKY at the death could have made a big difference. Is this his best innings in a big international game?

    2nd semi-final: India vs England | Providence

Yeah there definitely seems to be some turn which bodes well for India being able to defend a 170ish score.

    2nd semi-final: India vs England | Providence

Would have liked Rohit to go on a few overs but a Hardik special could still get India to a good score. Anyway a fine knock in a big game with some dodgy batting conditions at the start.

Batting seems to be easier. With these two well set and Pandya still left I think India needs to aim for and can get something close to 200.

Match 52# Afghanistan vs Bangladesh: Do or die for the Afghans

Is this the greatest low-scoring TT game ever ( say with a target below 120)? Between the possibility of three teams going through and the constant threat of rain, it was certainly one of the more dramatic games I have watched. Das played beautifully but perhaps should have been looking for more...

*Official* England in India 2023/24 #CryMoreTour

This series is huge in the context of India's remarkable home test series win streak over the last decade. India is obviously going through a transitional phase with a bunch of aging players and on top of that there were multiple absences of key players for different reasons. Then you have...

*Official* England in India 2023/24 #CryMoreTour

It's got to be Jurel for the MOM right? Came in under pressure in both innings and played well both times. Seems a huge find just when India needs some good test batsmen.

With two well-set batsmen India should get the win, basically one of the two needs to stay till the end. It will be tense though especially given Ashwin's patchy form with the bat. Could be a big test for him if England get the breakthrough.

***Official***THE FINAL- India vs Australia - November 19th - Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad (D/N)

A well-deserved number 6 for Australia. I genuinely thought India had it after the third wicket but it's remarkable how much conditions eased after that and of course Head played superbly as well.
