Both teams in a pub in Eng before the start of series. Joe Root was messing around wearing a fake beard and Warner took offence and jobbed him. The Aussie camp made out Warner was offended believing Root was taking the piss out of Hashim Amla.......
The truth and fact of the matter was that Warner got upset as he thought Root was impersonating his mother.

Warner thought root was making fun of hashim amla's beard while wearing a wig on his chin while out on the piss and got into a physical spat with root. Burgey's also probably alluding to his long running theory that the racism stuff going on at yorkshire over the past few years is Joe Root's responsibility.

What he meant was if Eng lose at Oval:
England wouldn't have won their last 4 series vs IND and neither the last 4 series vs AUS.
only 3 bowler attack. Their main bowler benched on day 1. this sport desperately needs substitutions, fielders risking their limbs on the boundary, who are often the main headline fast bowlers. Why should star bowlers risks their limbs, its not worth the risk, substitution will make the game fairer.
Every major team sport has subs(and those are without injuries!)

Most likely a fake story made up to cover why Warner hit him. Much like the fake story that Stokes was defending homosexuals when he hit those randoms

- Root is from Yorkshire
- He was accused of impersonating Hashim Amla by wearing a wig on his chin, and David Warner hit him. I don't believe Root was being racist in this instance though. I think the more likely explanation is it was (and remains) the only way for him to have a beard.
- If he was German and living in the 1930s, he almost certainly would have been the poster boy for the Hitler Youth given his Aryan features.
- If you rearrange the letters in his name you get 'Tommy Robinson', notorious right-wing provocateur and wet lettuce. This can't be a coincidence.

Joe Root was the senior pro at Yorkshire when all that was going on and also England captain for a decent part of it, yet apparently knew nothing of it. What a ****ing joke.

No way are England odds on to win. India have five bowlers and England are 50-2 in effect. It would need someone to ton up and another three half centuries. Can't see it.
