It'll be interesting to read the judgement.

Gut instinct is that Terry & the Chavs have just been an awful lot cuter in their handling of things than Suarez and Liverpool were.

Victimisation

The guy is such a **** and is like Warne but doesnt bring the talent, performances, brains (and that is saying something) or charisma to the table that our great bogan did

England are better off without him

JT asking for a detailed report on why the decision was made. Umm, er, I have a feeling the repeated use of the word Black ****, really doesn't need a dossier does it?

Exactly, just because the courts found him not guilty the fact he admitted using those words means an FA charge and guilt was inevitable. Got off lightly over the whole thing overall and the Chelski fans will always fight his corner and say he is being victimised again.

So in other words he's nothing like Warne.

He's a bit like the English Abraham Lincoln, except with none of Lincoln's good qualities, and all of his bad qualities, and several other bad qualities of his own.

He obviously got less games than Suarez because Suarez was found guilty of saying it up to 7 times and Terry only said it once.

Kean finally resigns from Blackburn then.

Venky's must be made up; pretty sure it was only his pay off due that was keeping him in the gig.

Seems like a constructive dismissal case is in the offing though

Pardew's eight year contract...dead set, try and get sacked. Payout would be unbelievable, and walk into a new job! #cash

I disagree. I reckon the Tribunal's standard of proof is too damn low. These kinds of cases are bound to tarnish a player's career - and harm their personal lives - forever and it shouldn't be taken so lightly.

When I look at the footage it comes across to me as Terry repeating the accusation sarcastically as if the accusation is just plain stupid - because he isn't racist. As odious as Terry is, I think there is an unfair element to it.
