I know this has been asked before, but is this game available online anywhere? The only channel that might possible be showing it here is not working at the moment.

Stunned by Smith's drop, a pretty simple one really. Top bowling again by Steyn, I would suggest slight advanatage SA.

Can't believe Aus have gone with McDonald working as a specialist bowler. At least in theory he will offer them some control, in the same way a spinner may tie an end up and allow the quicker bowlers to rotate from the other end and get a rest in. Looks a really inexperienced bowling attack, not much they can do about that obviously, but think Kallis and co may be looking forward to facing them, despite the helpful bowling conditions.

Yeah, I have NFI why it would/should happen, but the amount of people who suggested it after the Sydney Test for no reason concerned me.

If the selectors can find a way to leave Bollinger out, they usually do.

Anyone else notice that was a carbon copy of the first morning of the series in Australia?
Though this time around Ponting being out there is a huge advantage for Australia, him and Clarke are they key here now, both need to come up with substatial knocks, and then likes of North, Haddin, McDonald, Johnson too might chip in.

Despite the drop, that was a quality knock from Ponting up to lunch - great stuff from him.

Exciting to see the ball zip around. Now we need the old heads on here to start the muttering "Aye, but the guys from the old days never even got an edge on wickets like these. Batted for days with nowt a chance".

All bollocks of course.

No not true Jimmy, he was definitely at first. Think AB De Villiers was at second.
Yeah, I think Kallis may have been off the field at the time but not sure. There was talk he may have a slight back injury after his spell.

Burgey, you know full well that any run scored by Punter from this point on is null and void.
