Pollock and Boje doubtful

Shaun Pollock and Nicky Boje are under injury clouds for the third Test against New Zealand and will given until just before play to prove their fitness.

Pollock was ruled out of the second Test due to a back injury with Andre Nel taking his place, while Boje injured his hand during the 2nd Test placing him in doubt.

Haroon Lorgat, the South African convener of selectors said the batting line is likely to remain unchanged after their good performance in the second Test.

Meanwhile on the New Zealand front, the selectors are likely to stick with Michael Papps and Peter Fulton at the top of the order, with Hamish Marshall still struggling with a rib injury.

Kyle Mills is expected into come into the eleven for Jeetan Patel, with the pitch at The New Wanderers Stadium generally more favourable to seamers.

The third Test starts tomorrow, with New Zealand needing to win to maintain their fifth position in the ICC Test Rankings.
