McGrath and Lee return

Australia have recalled Glenn McGrath and Brett Lee for the Commonwealth Bank Series match against England on Friday in Brisbane.

McGrath and Lee replace Stuart Clark and Ben Hilfenhaus within the squad, with both Clark and Hilfenhaus returning to their respective state sides.

Lee had missed Australia’s first two matches due to being struck down with bronchitis, while McGrath was rested from the second one-dayer against New Zealand.

Ricky Ponting is being rested for the match on Friday and is replaced by Brad Hodge with Adam Gilchrist taking over the captaincy.
