Dravid & Chappell to be sacked

Indian captain Rahul Dravid and coach Greg Chappell are set to be sacked when they meet the Indian cricket board next week to discuss the World Cup.

India went out in the group stages after losing to Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, and the call is coming from fans and former players alike for Dravid and Chappell to go.

The Indian board president Sharad Pawar said a decision on Dravid’s and Chappell’s future would be made by the committee and former Indian captains Sunil Gavaskar and Kapil Dev following their meeting on April 6-7.
