Black Caps hit by injuries

Injuries have hit the Black Caps squad with there being concerns over three players ahead of their second match of the Champions Trophy against Sri Lanka on Friday leaving only 11 fit players.

Shane Bond is awaiting news on an MRI scan on his back, while Scott Styris is also suffering back problems but is doing pool work to keep his fitness levels up.

Mark Gillespie is also struggling after being struck down with a fever and a slight rash.
