Asif a maybe for fourth Test

Pakistan fast bowler Mohammad Asif is making a good recovery from his elbow injury and there is a strong chance he could return for the fourth Test against England at The Oval.

Saleem Altaf, the director of the Pakistan Cricket Board said Asif would start playing some practice games this week in an aim to being back to a good level of match fitness for the fourth Test.

Meanwhile Shoaib Akhtar is still fighting to return to full fitness after suffering knee and ankle problems over the past few months.

England currently lead the fourth match series 1-0 after two Tests, with the third Test starting on 4th August at Headingley.
