Adams Ruled Out with Injury

Andre Adams has been ruled out of the four match ODI series against Sri Lanka after breaking a bone in his right hand. James Franklin has been called up as his replacement.

Adams injury was suffered during practice earlier today and in what was a cruel twist of fait he had only just recovered from a broken finger in his left hand which had kept him out of the Chappell-Hadlee series.

The first ODI is in Queenstown on 31st December.
