Yardy in for Bopara is the talk from Nasser.

Toss crucial for England; we bat first and score big then maybe. We lose and concede one and it's red rover, tbh.

EDIT: **** it; Strauss calls heads and it comes down tails. Bad guys to bat.

Haha wow. Yeah, England are fair ****ed in that case. Don't see Anderson and whoever else they come up with doing much good against Tendulkar/Sehwag, unless it's swinging. In which case Anderson will become a ten ton wrecking ball.

Leaving Yardy out against Holland but then picking him against India makes such little sense. India should have no problem playing him at all; they really are the worst team to pick the guy against. You could make the argument that India's batting is better than their bowling by such a margin that it warrants playing the extra bowler, but if there's one team that has a bigger gulf that India on that front it's Holland. Bopara actually played really well, too.

Shahzad in not the worst replacement for Bangalore; swings old ball and new.

Broad out is a massive loss tho, not pretending otherwise. 95-5 India for mine.

Apparently Tredwell is playing instead. Oh dear. Why not Shazhad, he's in the squad IIRC.

EDIT: Ah, good. Sanity prevails.

First ball 4...tho not as convincing as against BD.

Swann barely reached that, to be fair.

That's so annoying. Swann seemed late going for it.

Pretty good start there from Anderson.

Filthy ball to start with from Ajmal tho.

Have 300 bucks with a friend on a bet on SRT. I'm betting he won't cross 30.
