Final side

Gordon Greenidge (1975)
Quinton de Kock (2015) wk
Zaheer Abbas (1979)
Roger Twose (1996)
AB De Villiers (2011)) c
Shakib Al Hasan (2007)
Chris Harris (1992)
Manoj Prabhakar (1987)
Lance Cairns (1983) (He is listed at 9, but will float in the order due to immense hitting power and strike rate)
Shane Bond (2003)
Shoaib Akhtar (1999)

Very strong top five, a couple of great allrounders plus a decent one in MP, and one of the biggest hitters of all time.

Bowling - there are 6 major bowlers. Open with destructive wicket-taking of Bond and the swing of Prabhakar, then follow up with even more pace from Shoaib and more swing from Cairns. For additional variety there is the miserly medium dibbly dobblies from Harris and Shakib's SLA. Twose and AB are there if needed.

It is also a decent fielding unit with big arms from the boundary and the incomparable Harris and AB.

CricZo XI

1. Matthew Hayden / 2007
2. Herschelle Gibbs / 1999
3. Ricky Ponting / (c) 1996
4. Kevin Pietersen / 2011
5. Andrew Symonds / o 2003
6. Asif Iqbal / o 1979
7. Kapil Dev o / 1983, 1987
8. Moin Khan + /1992
9. Roger Harper o / 1987
10. Dale Steyn o 2015
11. John Snow o 1975

I am pretty happy with this attacking batting line up that is more than capable of going BIG!

Loving this fielding unit of Gibbs, Ponting, Harper, Symonds attacking the ball like vultures. Kapil, Pietersen and Steyn were excellent outfielders as well.

Bowling lineup would be:

- Kapil Dev ( fast medium )
- John Snow ( fast medium )
- Dale Steyn ( fast )
- Asif Iqbal ( medium )
- Roger Harper ( off-break )
- Andrew Symonds ( off-break )

Damn that's one fine fielding side. Think I made some hasty picks but I've got a variety of bowling options and drop batting.

Reasonably happy with it. Worry I used picks too high on players in unvaluable positions though (and years, for that matter).
