Doubt it. Maybe Marcus North? From the looks of Syd Gregory's and Mo Ashraful's batting average vs amount of 100s maybe them. All four are severely feast or famine

Ideally Finch, Head, Khawaja and Paine score a few runs.

Labuschagne can't ever be selected again and if Marsh gets above 20 that's the excuse they'll need to keep him

Its a shame as Labuschagne was looking decent with the bat before the brainfade runout. A tough 50 instead of a 25 could have made a difference to his career outlook.

Also at 24 years old he definitely can be picked again (probably not what you meant).

Ashraful 46%
Gregory (good pick btw) 46%
North 45%

In comparison Guptill, average 29, is at 33%

Without that stupid run out, we could have reduced the margin by quite some distance. Might not have mattered by yeah, it was just ridiculous

He just shouldn't be playing at this stage of career. Send him back to shield

Someone needs to hold the selectors accountable. They're like a business with a monopoly just doing whatever they want with no consequences. How has this been allowed to go on?

I think we need a royal commission tbh. The Australian cricket team is as important to the fabric of this country as the banking sector and aged care.

Technically speaking, when the team was sponsored by commonwealth the fans were cheering on the bank, albeit indirectly.

It's a serious issue that they're consistently making objectively bad decisions, and showing clear favouritism in conflict with the best interests of the business they are representing. It could even be deemed workplace discrimination at times.

Clearly they have the remit to do whatever they want and are not having to answer to anyone regardless of how bad their "work" is. Any other job you do something as objectively bad as selecting Labiashagme you'd be fired or get a warning or something.

Forget the selectors, the problem is CA

Not only do they appoint proven failures but they've scheduled another meaningless short format tour at a time when everyone should be available for shield

Greed & stupidity

Bankers: Lets sack people, close branches and invoice the dead. Lets lend for speculation and the ask the government to guarantee our debts. Well I just earned my billion dollar salary. Where's mi ****in' bonus? Piss up!

Only a Shorten Labor government can sufficiently punish the banks and deliver Australian cricket back to its glory days.
