**Official** Pakistan and England in the UAE 2015/16

So at 63-5 chasing 280 with the run rate needed at over 8, we have finally found a scenario where Rashid excels when bowling. :)

I have no idea how Pakistan could bounce back from this defeat. Their batting just looks so bad on paper and there is hardly anyone noteworthy except Hafeez.

England has a number of good players, especially Root and Morgan.

No surprises that Pak fans are not looking forward to this series, given how ****e their team is. Is this a 4-match series, so that Pakistan can hope to draw it? Because they certainly can't win it.

LoL Pak is censored.

Young Adil Rashid is the 2nd oldest of England's bowlers.
That is why I was worried though. Such an inexperienced bowling attack without Finn and Broad who would be in if it was a tournament/if they were fit and maybe Tredders should be too.

hafeez isn't noteworthy anymore. Especially after he was called out for his chucking

Pakistan needs a decent batting coach who can teach them play against pace bowling. It doesn't need to be someone from outside - Inzamam or Saeed Anwar are quite competent for that job. In the last series, Panyangara gave the top order a hard time. In this one, Topley, Willey and Woakes are terrorising them. It seems like if anyone bowls at over 130 kmph that's enough to cause problem against Pakistan top-order. As good as Waqar and Mushy are, they are certainly of no help in this regard.

Pace, Swing, Seam and Bounce. We can't play anything. This includes Younis and Misbah. We won't be very good in Tests when we tour overseas to countries like England, South Africa or Australia. :scared:

Agreed. Sitting on pacers in tests is one thing, but in ODIS especially when its a big run rate is a disaster.

Next year when they tour England/ Australia and New Zealand even in tests they will be in serious trouble, can't be relying on Younis and Misbah at their ages to pull them out of the **** everytime,

They have so little experience outside the SC as well sadly.

Umar Akmal on his travels when he emerged looked comfortable against pace, but we need to forget about him for now.

Azhar Ali is the only one who is not very bad against pace actually. But his format is test cricket. He is good enough to survive the first 10 overs in ODIs most of the times (like he did today), but that doesn't help (like you saw today :p )
