This is such a gun innings from Neesham. Would have been under supreme pressure coming in after the Watling-Baz partnership.
He has an air of supreme confidence about him especially considering he's the new kid off the block. And 50..... played son!

Is it true that Pankaj doesn't get selected due to him being from Rajistan? If that's the case, then the BCCI are a disgrace. Have gotten way to big for their boots.
Similar feelings or something? Like Victorians hating on NSW a few years back?:p

surely they declare after 45 mins tomorrow morning
I'm all for aggressive declarations but when you're on the verge of a series win and have come back from four thousand miles behind in the game to have a chance at sealing it, you seal it.

a lead of 375 is with only 75 overs to chase it is hardly aggressive, highly unlikely india chase that

Whatever it is, it's massive shame. He's finished as one of the top 2-3 wicket takers in Ranji in the last 5 years running. The same 5 years Ishant spent getting clobbered all over the world. He's helped Rajasthan to two consecutive ranji trophies, being their best bowler by far. Even this year, he finished with 39 wickets in 8 matches @ 22. I know our domestic scene isn't the best in terms of quality but such consistency demands a chance at the international level. Sad thing is, he's already 29, and thus has virtually no chance of making it big now.

Lets just hope Bhuvi, Yadav, Pandey, Rishi Dhawan get their opportunities
